1. About us and these terms

Eveline Jewelry sells jewelry and accessories online. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here at the moment you order is the one that applies to your purchase.

2. Product information

We work hard to describe and photograph our pieces accurately, including materials, dimensions and finishes. Screens vary, so slight differences in colour between a photograph and the piece itself are possible. Handmade and hand-finished items may show small natural variations. If an obvious error appears in a price or description, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order after letting you know.

3. Orders and payment

Every order is confirmed by email. Payment is taken in full when you place the order. Accepted payment methods are listed on our Payment Methods page. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud or where an item is out of stock, and we will refund you in full if we do.

4. Changes and cancellations

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us as soon as possible at info@evelinejewelry.com and we'll do our best to change or cancel it. Your statutory cancellation right is explained on our Cancellation Rights page.

5. Customer accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you do, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for any activity carried out through your account.

8. Jewelry care

To keep your pieces looking their best, avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, lotion, chlorine and salt water, remove jewelry before showering or sleeping, and store pieces separately in a dry place. Damage caused by wear and tear or improper care is not treated as a manufacturing fault.

Our site uses third-party services for payment, delivery and analytics. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, which we encourage you to read.

10. User contributions

If you submit a review, comment or other content to our site, you confirm it infringes nobody's rights and you grant us permission to use it in connection with our business.
