There is something grounding about this one. Put it on and it sits right - solid against the wrist, present without being heavy, the kind of thing you stop noticing because it starts to feel like it was always there.
Three strands braided together by hand - rose copper, gold brass and silver-toned - each shaped and tensioned separately before being twisted into a single braid. Getting the tension even all around takes time. I have learned not to rush it.
Copper has been worn against the skin for thousands of years. Long before anyone tried to explain it. The people who wore it simply kept wearing it, and the tradition was quietly passed from hand to hand through the centuries.
This bracelet was made to be worn on a wrist, not kept in a drawer. I hope it finds the right one.
