After spending time in the sea or pool, simply rinse with fresh water, gently pat dry, and store in a pouch. No tarnishing, no peeling, no fading, just jewelry that always looks like new.
Because we stand behind our craftsmanship, every piece comes with our lifetime guarantee. If it ever tarnishes, fades, or has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it so you can wear it for many years to come.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
We recommend carefully cleaning your handmade jewelry by hand, using lukewarm water and a soft, lint-free cloth. Each piece has been crafted with care, and therefore deserves the same care.
If using a cleaning device, choose a gentle or jewelry mode to protect the delicate details and finishes that make each piece unique. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storing.
Each order includes our signature care card with cleaning instructions, as well as a complimentary lint-free cloth to help keep your handmade jewelry in its best condition from day one.

What happens if I want to return my jewelry?
We want you to love your product as much as we loved making it. Should it not be quite what you expected, you are welcome to request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
We only ask that the product is returned to us in an acceptable condition and in its original packaging. Simply send us an email with your order details, and we will take care of the rest.
Do my jewellery pieces fade or tarnish?
Your jewelry is made to last. Our materials are chosen for their durability and suitability for everyday wear, and the finishing is designed to retain its beautiful appearance over time. Like any well-crafted product, this jewelry will develop its own unique character over time but should not discolor or lose its appearance under normal conditions. With a little care, it will remain beautiful for years to come.
Is shipping really free?
Yes, shipping is indeed free. For all orders within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, we offer free insured express shipping. There is no paid express option because it's not necessary. Every customer receives the same fast and careful service.
We hand-pack every Edelmann product and ship it as soon as your order is received. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, but our promise is simple: we ship fast, and you never pay for shipping.
Are all your products handmade?
Each piece starts as a sketch at our workbench, is brought to life by hand in our studio, and is carefully inspected by one of us before being shipped to you.
What happens if my piece breaks or needs to be repaired?
That's life. Should your item require repair, please contact us with your order number and include a clear photo of the issue. Within the first 6 months, we will repair or replace items that have a material or manufacturing defect, as far as possible.
In the case of accidents or normal wear and tear after this period, we will gladly explore repair options or offer you a discount on a replacement item.
